Personal thoughts/Reflections:

I love the taste of Honey Nut Cheerios and I also put honey in my hot tea and hot chocolate for a nice sweet taste.  When I have a sore throat, I mix honey and lemon and I feel a lot better; the honey reduces throat swelling and irritation.

For a great energy boost, I will mix Cayenne power, garlic slices, and honey into a nice thick paste and swallow a spoonful of the powerful stuff.  Keeps colds to a minimum!

One of my favorite ABBA songs is actually called Honey, Honey! Seems that honey is all around us!
